How We Work

We want to give you a smooth and stress-free experience when you are with A & I Design Concept, that is why we have put together a defined, clear, and simple way for you to communicate your ideas to us!

When you contact us for our services, you will first be asked to provide the following information:

1. Your company name
2. Site location
3. Floor plan and/or Design Drawings
4. Estimated budget
5. Type of services (Design or Design & Build)
6. The take-over date of your premise (Site) from MA or Landlord
7. Your expected completion date for the renovation works

This information allows us to do the best we can in accomplishing your vision as accurately as possible!

After your requirements have been determined and decided, we will then continue with the interior design phase, which is then followed by a cost proposal. Once everything has been finalized and a deposit has been made, A & I Design Concept will proceed with all the necessary application submissions with relevant PE endorsements to the authorities to legalise all the requested works.

Once we have received approval of the permit from MA, we will then send out our project team with their relevant supervisors to start on your renovation. Rest assured; you’ll be updated regularly on the site renovation’s progress.
